1. ____($120 regular, $75 discounted) Individual Adult: Any citizen or legal resident of the United States 18 years of age or over may become a voting member of this organization. This is subject to approval by the Executive Committee and agreement with the rules and regulations as prescribed in the By-Laws.

2. ____($25) Junior: With parental permission, a youth 12 years of age through High School at time of application may become a non-voting member. He/she must present a Certified Hunter Safety card. NRA membership is not required for junior members.* (Non-voting)

3. ____($150 regular, $105 discounted) Family: One or two adults, 18 years or older and residing in the same household, who are citizens or legal residents of the United States, may become voting members of this organization, subject to approval by the executive Committee and agreement with the rules and regulations as prescribed in the By-Laws. At least one adult member must be an NRA member. All of their natural and adopted children who present a Certified Hunter Safety Card and are 12 years of age through High School are eligible as junior family members.

SKILLS: The RFSC is a not-for-profit organization that depends heavily on member involvement for day-to-day operation. We all work very hard to maintain a safe facility that offers a wide range of shooting experiences at minimum costs to the members. In order to control costs and develop a total awareness and pride in our organization, we ask that all members volunteer their skills and time to the club. Please check areas in which you have expertise and will be able to assist the club.

STATEMENT OF RELEASE FROM LIABILITY:

In consideration of my involvement with the River Falls Rifle Club (a.k.a. River Falls Sportsmen's Club) and its affiliated activities, I acknowledge and agree that:

1. I understand and accept the fact that all shooting and gun related activities have many dangers and risks, including personal injury, death or property damage.

2. I agree, as a condition of being allowed to participate in shooting activities as a member of the River Falls Rifle Club, Inc. (a.k.a. River Falls Sportsmen's Club), that I freely accept and voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury, death or property damage.

3. I hereby release the River Falls Rifle Club, Inc. (a.k.a. River Falls Sportsmen's Club) and its agents, employees, directors, officers, and volunteers from all liability for personal injury, death or property damage which results in any way from negligence, conditions on or about the premises and facilities of the club, the operations, actions or omissions of the agents.

4. I hereby release the National Rifle Association and its agents, employees, directors, officers, and volunteers from all liability for personal injury, death or property damage which results in any way from negligence, conditions on or about the premises and facilities of the River Falls Rifle Club, Inc. (a.k.a. River Falls Sportsmen's Club), the operations, actions or omissions of the agents.

5. I have read and understand the attached River Falls Rifle Club, Inc. ( a.k.a. River Falls Sportsmen's Club) Rules and Regulations and agree to abide by said rules while a member of the River Falls Sportsmen's Club.

6. I am not a fugitive from justice.

7. I am not an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana, or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance.

8. I have never been convicted, nor am I under indictment in any court, of/for a felony or any crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.

9. I have never been adjudicated mentally defective and have not been committed to a mental institution.

10. I have not been convicted of crime involving domestic violence, nor am I subject to an injunction involving domestic violence, or restraining me from harassing, stalking or threatening an intimate partner or child of such partner.

11. I am signing freely of my own accord, realizing it is binding upon myself, my heirs and assigns.

NEW MEMBERS - Plan to attend a scheduled Executive Committee meeting to review your membership application and acceptance as a new member. Please arrive by 6:30 and bring proof of NRA membership (NRA card or magazine mailing label). The Committee meets the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Please call 715-425-1380 and leave a message with any questions.

Renewals can be done at: The Annual Membership Meeting held at the beginning of January or during winter league on Sundays starting in mid-January from 11 am – 3 pm
